Team

David Ehrlich
President and Chief Executive Officer

David is a successful Silicon Valley executive, having held a wide range of executive roles in technology companies of various stages and sizes, and having served as a Director on a number of technology company Boards. His focus is helping companies work through product-market strategy, business model, and go-to-market challenges, as well as working with executive teams on models of leadership, communication, and culture. David is also an angel investor and advisor to very early stage technology ventures.

Prior to IncentAlign, David worked with Mohr Davidow Ventures as an Executive in Residence. From early 2007 to early 2010, David was the CEO of ParAccel, an early stage leader in the analytic database field. From 2003 through 2006 he worked as NetIQ Corp., where he was the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Chief Strategy Officer. From 1999 to 2002 he worked at Visual Networks, where he was the Senior Vice President, Product Operations, Strategy, and Business Development. And from 1998 through 1999, David was the Vice President of Product Management and Business Development at Inverse Network Technology, a venture backed company sold to Visual Networks. Earlier, David was a consultant at McKinsey and Company where he played a leadership role in the firm’s Telecommunications, Electronics, and Media practice in Asia.

David currently serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee for the Board of Directors of Travelzoo, Inc. (NASDAQ: TZOO), and is on the on the Budget and Finance Committee of Brandeis Hillel Day School in San Francisco. David also served on the Boards of Directors for Infravio Inc. and ParAccel.

David received a BA degree in Sociology with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University, an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.


Clark Bernier
Chief Technology Officer

Clark joined IncentAlign from the world’s leading Energy Management and Strategy consulting firm KEMA, where he led the research analysis group in program and policy evaluation, technology research, and developing new analytical techniques for use with increasing energy-related data streams. While there Clark transformed many consulting projects to scalable software solutions. He was a principal and part-owner of RLW Analytics until its purchase by KEMA in January. He has a masters degree in Energy Policy from the University of Maryland. He graduated from Knox College with a major in Political Economy, a minor in math, and honors work focused on the evolution of financial crises.


Derek Choy
Co-founder and Vice President of Products

Prior to IncentAlign, Derek was a Strategy and Innovation Associate in the Small Business Division at Intuit, where he drove initiatives to enter a new market and develop a new product. Derek has also been a Senior Associate at The Boston Consulting Group for over three years, where he has developed and helped implement strategies for a diverse range of public sector and private sector clients. Derek’s experience ranges from sales force optimization for multi national pharmaceutical companies, to managing change for government agencies introducing new governance and budget structures, to developing plans to help major financial services organizations achieve a target state IT systems. Prior to BCG, Derek worked in several large law firms in Australia and Hong Kong and co-founded a medical IT company in Australia. He has dual degrees in Computer Science and Law (Honors) from the University of Melbourne.


Jack O’Holleran
Co-founder and Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Before joining IncentAlign, Jack was Vice President of Business Development at ICR where he was responsible for launching a Digital Media Division and building out a west coast initiative. Prior to ICR, Jack was Senior Manager of Business Development and Product Strategy at Motorola, where he managed business development activities and alliances for a suite of enterprise software products. Jack was also a Sales Executive at Good Technology where he held a variety of sales positions, selling Good’s Mobile Communications Suite to a clientele that included half of the Fortune 500. Jack is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, where he was a member of the football team. He earned two Varsity Letters and was twice awarded First-Team Academic All Big 12 Honors.


Ryan Hanau
Director of User Experience

Ryan is a design innovator and visionary with 16 years of expertise, multiple patents for UI invention and numerous awards. His passion is creating transformational user experiences that leverage customer insights across all channels with a deep emphasis on digital. His areas of expertise include: design (both visual and UX), research and testing, strategy and planning, and creative management and team building.

Ryan has held numerous executive design roles across a variety of businesses and sectors including his most recent roles as VP/Director of User Experience at Saatchi and Saatchi in NYC and Global Senior Manager of Usability for Motorola. He holds an MFA Magna Cum Laude from Art Center in Pasadena where he also taught and a BFA from the California College of Arts, Magna Cum Laude. After graduate school Ryan received a prestigious Artist in Residence invitation from the French Ministry of Culture.

He began his online career in 1995 at the Los Angeles Times and has been online everyday since. Other significant experience includes founding his design studio, Chroma Design, in SF in 1998 where he helped to build the first generation of dotcoms and running a successful consultancy in NYC.


Kim Perrin
CIO

Prior to joining IncentAlign, Kim worked as an Infrastructure Consultant for numerous technology companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area most recently including StepUp, Intuit, DriverSide, and Pinger. Kim takes pride in managing the planning, execution, and maintenance of secure and scalable systems to support his clients’ applications with an impressive and consistent uptime record. Prior to working as an Infrastructure Consultant, Kim served in active duty in the U.S. Army Signal Corps where he specialized in communications and cryptography. Kim has a B.S. in Information Technology and holds multiple professional certifications including but not limited to CISSP, MCSE, SCSA, and CCNA. When he is not vigorously managing datacenters for his clients, Kim can be found building and riding mountain bike trails around Northern California.
